In Bloom is a small exhibition bringing together paintings and illustrations inspired by everyday moments, nature, and quiet emotional states.

The works explore colour and form as a way of capturing feeling rather than narrative, inviting the viewer to pause, observe, and connect.

With some pieces created during time spent in Lisbon, and some back in Sweden, the exhibition reflects a personal relationship to place, slowness, and presence, and the idea of allowing things to unfold in their own time.

Johanna Jonsson is a Swedish artist and designer working with painting and illustration, currently based in Lisbon. She usually uses a mix of mediums like gouache, watercolour, markers and pastels in her work.
